Mondlandung

Hier habe ich ursprünglich ein Lied geschrieben, fand dann jedoch, dass der Text besser zu einem Gedicht passt.

Mondlandung

Look out over the desert.
Formed from rock and dust.
There are craters everywhere.
Where meteorites were once stranded.
The largest visible from earth.
The smallest only a stain.

Engines fire, props up.
Creaking, shaking and rising fumes.
The lander is now stuck on stone.
The ladder is lowered.
The first foot is set.

Black seas stretch.
No air to breathe here.
Hot like boiling water during the day.
Cold as the iciest seas during the night.
The countdown starts.
Lights shine red and green.
The ignition starts.
The astronauts squeezed into their seats.

Hier habe ich dann noch mal probiert ein Song zu schreiben.

Touchdown:

Ok, let’s do that. 3,2,1, fire!

Looking out over the deserts,
Formed from rock and dust
I can’t count, how many craters I see.
But I know how to land in them.
They say, I am a rocket full of power.
Well, the ignition has started.

So launch me up, when it’s all ready. When I am flying through the stars. All this time I feel the engines. And I didn’t know, that I was falling.

I tried getting faster,
But it only got slower.
I hoped to travel to the darkest sees.
But I don’t have any gear.

So launch me up, when it’s all ready. When I am flying through the stars. All this time I feel the engines. And I didn’t know, that I was falling.

And I didn’t know, that I was falling.
And I didn’t know, that I was falling.
And I didn’t know, that I was falling.
